I found that my 2008 policy paper on medical technology transfer for sustainable development (which compares ophthalmology literature on avoidable blindness in Nigeria and Nepal) has been listed on the African Technology Transfer and Development Network (TDTNet) as part of a bibliography of resources on technology transfer. So I have not been cited yet, but I am getting closer. That's exciting! :)
